windy manzanita
windy day on the ridge and the blossoms whipping around…
windy day on the ridge and the blossoms whipping around…
madrone, a true light-worker in the winter on the ridge…
i wandered by this surprise beauty one foggy morning before our 9am sit during a retreat at spirit rock.
peace on earth.
decomposed granite, pacific plate, inverness, california.
lightwork…i saw today on the new trail. sooooo beautyfull. wow. thank you forest-jungle love fest. such a nice visit.
i am a creature of habit. i am not sure this is a good thing. although i enjoy walking the same trail everyday.
i also enjoy watching the same birds visit my seed table under the gravenstein tree. i love sameness. is this nostalgia? i am thinking about all these things now. a sculptor reflected yesterday pointing out a certain nostalgia in my photography… hmmmm… i see it in the tendency to over expose things moments softened in the sideways light…moving west east or west north. light worker was one thought today as i was shooting playing with the light and enjoying my nostalgia, my yin, my need for the old, exposed, the rustic, the 60s , 70s, ideals, watching harold and maude was apparently highly formative. it must have been the light.
love.
walking a new trail today…i did see something new.
(i did blaze a new trail (for me) and feeling inspired to share again.
